As women, we face unique challenges in every stage of life, and for many of us over 40, navigating the shifts of perimenopause and beyond can feel overwhelming. I'm right there with you, and I know how confusing and isolating it can be. That’s why I created FaithFuelled—to offer a space of encouragement, empowerment, and practical support to help you thrive.

Who Am I?

My name is Kirsty, and I’m the founder of FaithFuelled. With a Master of Human Nutrition and recent certification as a Girls Gone Strong Menopause Specialist, I’ve dedicated my carreer to understanding how our bodies work and how we can nurture them. But more importantly, I’m a woman who understands the emotional, physical, and spiritual demands that come with this phase of life. FaithFuelled is my way of combining evidence-based knowledge with heartfelt connection to help you feel your best.
